Nicest staff and great doctors, highly recommend

Dear older women, if you need a doctor who is going to listen to your concerns about peri-meno/menopause, one who is not going to be condescending or dismissive, but will hear you out, then Dr. Shahim and his team are your practice. I don’t typically visit male gynecologists but it’s really hard to find appointment in NYC with doctor versed in menopause so I went for it. Having had my share of negative experiences with gynecologists, I was floored by the pleasantness of my visit to TWH. I arrived very early for my appointment but they still took me in quickly, the staff was very pleasant from reception thru to the doctor. And the visit was fast, but not at all rushed. They were very willing to work with me and hear me out about my goals as I contend with this new phase of womanhood. I highly recommend this practice.

The best team of doctors you could ask for, as well as the nicest nursing and front desk staff. I just delivered my first baby with Dr. Wu and it couldn’t have gone smoother. Every doctor in the practice that I saw throughout my pregnancy was amazing and I knew I’d be in great hands no matter who relieved my baby. Throughout my pregnancy, anytime I needed anything, the front desk team was so on top of it… I never had to worry about anything (especially Camille!) There’s no other place I’d rather go.

Excellent doctors and friendly staff.

Very caring, knowledgeable and professional doctors and nurse practitioners. The staff in general is very friendly, helpful and responsive. Have been going here for 4 years through incredibly difficult medical issues stemming from all sorts of ovarian and uterine growths, pain and bleeding and I couldn’t have asked for better care.

Totally recommend this practice! I’ve had the chance to meet every Dr during my pregnancy, they’re all great and all nurses/staff as well. I’ve had a great experience with my delivery, you won’t regret.
